This is the first music release from Lilyfields.org, an organization committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the music and writings of Joan Voges. Consisting of nine contemporary symphonic hymns, the music is a deeply refreshing and moving collection of scripture put to song.
The album features the Christmas story in three parts, a three-part symphonic meditation on the creation, and two prayer-hymns. Lift Your Eyes – A Lilyfields Collection is a collaborative work of Joan Voges, principal composer, Dr. Paul Schrieber, hymnologist, Chris Bergmann, arranger and producer, and Kristen Heard, vocalist. Includes music only tracks that can be used in live performance.
