For more than a year AiG has been closely following the plight of a German homeschooling family who has sought asylum in America because German authorities had been persecuting the family for not enrolling their children in government schools. The U.S. Supreme Court decided on Monday not to hear the case of the Romeike family, but in a surprise development Tuesday, the government has allowed this Christian family and friends of the AiG ministry to remain in America.
