Parents will find the following resources helpful in teaching their children godly principles:

1. Get involved in the classroom.

• Evolution Exposed helps combat the messages found in high school biology textbooks.

2. Watch what your children watch.

• Carl Kerby discusses how to use the media to teach discernment in his book Remote Control.

3. Study as a family.

• You could begin your family time by listening to a 90-second audio clip from an Answers...with Ken Ham radio CD.
• Many parents have found the Answers for Kids series perfect to teach to their younger children during family time, as well as A Faith to Grow On.
• It All Begins With Genesis was designed for ages 11–13, but also works well with a variety of age levels.
• The Pilgrim’s Progress curriculum was written to work with younger and older students simultaneously.
• Answers Academy and Defending Your Faith are good resources to use with older children. Ages 16 and up can also participate in online classes with Answers Education Online.
• The Kids4Truth curriculum (www.kids4truth.com) spans a multitude of age levels.
• Courses such as Precept on Precept by Kay Arthur provide instruction on how to study the Bible.

4. Supplement their learning.

• The God’s Design series works with grades 1–8 in science.
• The Exploring and Wonders series feature easy-to-understand books on chemistry, history of medicine, our earth, geology, fossils, weather, ocean life, and astronomy.

5. Look for everyday moments.

• Books such as Life in the Great Ice Age, Dinosaurs of Eden, and Why is Keiko Sick? will help establish a connection between the Bible and the world around you.

6. Minister to other children.

• The Answers for Kids curriculum series offers practical apologetic lessons for elementary-aged children.
• Or, you could show the Answers Academy or Demolishing Strongholds DVDs to older children.
