• “Getting a Loch on Nessie?” (p. 12, vol. 3 no. 1) should have dated Noah’s Flood at approximately “4350 years ago,” not 4350 BC!
• “Emperor of the Ice” (p. 21, vol. 3 no. 1) Our sidebar should have said their special salt-removal glands are between their eyes, not below their eyes. Also, the gland that produces oil is located in the back (at the base of their tail), not their beak.
• “The Heavens Declare a Young Universe” (p. 35, vol. 3 no. 1) A footnote should have given the excess power output of Jupiter as 3 x 10¹⁷ watts, not 3 x 1,017 and the sun’s output at 9.7 x 10²⁵, not 9.7 x 1,025.
