Missing Links Classic Golf Outing

May 18, 2009 at Traditions Golf Club, 2035 Williams Road, Hebron, KY

Please join Ken Ham and NFL Hall of Fame great, Anthony Munoz on Monday, May 18, 2009 for a special outing at the wonderful Traditions Golf Club (ranked #3 in Kentucky by Golf Digest) near our Creation Museum. Because of his enthusiasm for the work the Lord is doing through Answers in Genesis, Mr. Munoz is also bringing several of his Christian pro athlete friends to participate as well. It will be a great time of fellowship and fun?and will benefit enhancements and exhibit expansion at the museum.

On May 28 we will celebrate the second anniversary of the opening of the Creation Museum. Since the grand opening, we?ve had more than 650,000 guests come through the museum. We?re thrilled that more than 75% of these guests are newcomers to the ministry of AiG. Because of the museum, we?re reaching new audiences, equipping Christians, and seeing them catch fire for the Lord?and challenging non-Christians with the gospel.

The Creation Museum will soon be opening its new exhibit on Natural Selection, a key teaching area to provide answers to the tough questions about evolution and the Bible ? especially as the world celebrates the 200th anniversary of Charles Darwin?s birth and the 150th anniversary of the publishing of his book, On the Origin of Species.

There are several ways you can participate (even if you don't play golf):

  1. Play. It's a scramble-type golf outing, so even if you rarely play golf you can still have an enjoyable time. Get your friends together for a foursome and sign-up early as spots go quickly in this popular event. RSVP deadline is May 31, 2009.
  2. Sponsor someone else or a team. Even if you?re not a golfer, you probably have friends or family that do golf and would love to play in this outing. I?ll also be giving one of my short talks at the end of the event, so they?ll be learning too!
  3. Be an outing sponsor. There are several sponsor opportunities for this event starting at $500 with recognition available for you or your organization.
