Before You Download RealOne Player

RealOne Player is the web standard for streaming media on the Internet. Most of our radio programs, live seminar recordings, etc. require RealOne Player to be installed on your computer to be heard and seen from the Internet. We highly recommend downloading the Free RealOne Player, but there are a few disclaimers associated with the downloading process of which we wanted to make you aware before you proceed.

RealOne Player is not produced by Answers in Genesis; it is a product of Real Networks, a for-profit Internet company. A free version of RealOne Player is available from their Web site.

It has come to our attention that downloading the free version of RealOne Player is becoming increasingly less user-friendly. Be aware that Real Networks also distributes a number of other products, many of which are not free. As you go through the process of downloading and installing the free version, a number of (non-free) options will be presented to you, including ‘plus’ versions, 14-day trials of premium services, and other tools. We assure you that the free version of RealOne Player is sufficient to play all media that Answers in Genesis distributes on the web, and any additional enhancements you select are unnecessary, and you may use your own discretion in purchasing them. Look for the ‘Free RealOne Player’ link on the page to download the free software.
