Shipping details

United States options

Ground

  • You can expect your order to arrive at your home within two weeks.
  • Cost: A real-time shipping calculation is provided based on the weight of the items you are ordering and their destination, with a minimum charge of $5.95. The quoted charge includes handling.

2nd Day Air

  • Orders will be shipped the day they are received. [Important: Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (ET) will be processed on the next business day (Monday – Friday).]
  • You can expect your order to arrive at your home on the second (2nd) business day after it has been processed.
  • Cost: A real-time shipping calculation is provided based on the weight of the items you are ordering and their destination. The quoted charge includes handling.
  • Restrictions:
    • No PO boxes—please provide a valid street address.
    • This option is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, and military addresses.

Next Day Air

International Ground

  • You can expect your order to arrive 6–8 weeks from the date you place the order.

    • This option is not available to all countries.

First Class

  • You can expect your order to arrive 3–4 weeks from the date you place the order.
  • Cost: A real-time shipping calculation is provided based on the weight of the items you are ordering and their destination. The quoted charge includes handling.
  • Restictions:
    • This option is not available to all countries.

International Air

  • You can expect your order to arrive 2–3 weeks from the date you place the order.
  • Cost: A real-time shipping calculation is provided based on the weight of the items you are ordering and their destination. The quoted charge includes handling.
  • Restrictions:
    • Orders weighing more than 70 lbs may not be able to be processed. (70 lbs is the standard maximum, however actual weight limits vary by country.)

Clearance Items

Please note that the availability of clearance items is not guaranteed. If an item included in your order is found to be out-of-stock when your order is processed, the item(s) will be removed from your order and you will not be charged.

Backorder and Preorder Items

Orders including backordered items will not ship until all items are in stock.

Orders including preorder items will ship according to your selected shipping method. The preorder items will ship separately when they arrive at the warehouse at no additional charge to you.

Return Policy

If an item you ordered does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date if it is in resalable condition. (Does not apply to clearance-priced items.)
