Once you have registered online, you will need to have your pastor fill out the Pastor Recommendation Form and mail it to Answers in Genesis. Once we process the form, you will receive email confirmation of your registration. If you are flying to the event, please make sure to update the flight information in your online application once you book your flight. We look forward to having you be a part of the team!
Payment Schedule
- $99/person deposit due upon registration
- Initial $350/person payment due by September 15, 2009
- Final $350/person payment due by December 1, 2009
There is no registration deadline.
Cost
- The cost of the event covers your accommodations, group transportation in commercial coaches and two meals each day.
- Everyone is responsible for their own transportation to Vancouver for the event. Please see Travel for more details.
- One free day will be allowed to go to an Olympic game.
Cancellation Policy
- $99/person deposit is refundable, less a $25/person service charge if we receive written notification by August 20, 2009.
- Cancellations after August 20, 2009 will be refunded less the $99/person deposit.
- Cancellations after November 20, 2009 will be refunded less $449/person.
- Cancellations after December 20, 2009 will forfeit full $799 payment.
