I was blessed to be born into a Christian family, and accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord at the age of six. As a public testimony of being born again, I was baptized at a church in Texas, where I was living at the time. I am the second oldest of six kids, and our family moved frequently when I was growing up, as my father was active duty in the air force. When I was in junior high, we moved to northern Minnesota, and I began to desire a deeper knowledge of and relationship with Christ at this age. I eagerly read the Bible and started to read books and watch videos from our church library quite often. In high school I attended a Bible study at the house of a godly man from our church, Dr. Glenn. There, among other things, I learned more about Genesis, Creation, and the Flood. This foundation proved to be valuable to me personally as I navigated through secular college classes where evolution was not only taught but assumed as truth. I continue to trust in Jesus Christ wholly as my Savior and Lord, and I have a passion to declare the truth of Scripture, especially as it pertains to God as Creator.
