Bible Study Tip 2—Remember It’s a Treasure

Excerpt from Operation Arctic Junior Teacher Guide

on March 6, 2017

Arctic explorers realize that the Arctic is a beautiful treasure of a place on the earth. As a Bible explorer, you should remind yourself of the treasure that the Bible is. It’s more precious than gold. It’s sweeter than the yummiest sweet treat. Read Psalm 19:10. It’s exciting to explore! If we don’t remember how important it is, we probably won’t spend time reading it. But if we really realize and remember the priceless treasure we hold in our hands—God speaking to us—it helps us appreciate it more!

People make time to do what they want. Make reading your Bible the most important priority of every day. What could be more important than spending time with the God who made and runs the entire universe?
