Lori Jean Smith is a world-class violinist constantly in demand across North America and abroad. Though classically trained, she is at home with a variety of musical styles. She has especially found a niche in Celtic and folk music deep in her Irish roots, and skillfully communicates beyond words with her instrument as she blends her unique style with rich favorite gospel melodies. Lori Jean’s presentation is exquisite and her winsome personality has blessed audiences when she leads in worship. Lori Jean is also an ‘Artist in Residence’ at First Baptist Church of Orlando, Florida. She embodies the saying of J. S. Bach, “I play the notes, but God makes the music.”
