Before you embark on your epic cruise from Genesis to Revelation with The Great Jungle Journey, you’ll want to equip your team so they can, in turn, equip your travelers for life. Get ready for biblical training, tips, hands-on learning, and more on January 26–27, 2024, at the Ark Encounter.

Here’s what you can expect:

Thursday, January 25: Bonus Day!

Your ticket comes with a 3-day bouncer pass to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! Explore the world-class exhibits, zoos, botanical gardens, and much more. We recommend coming a day early to enjoy all these attractions have to offer. You can also visit during breaks and after sessions on conference days (although these days are packed full, and you won’t want to miss a moment). Please note that the attractions are not open on Sundays and Mondays during January.

Friday, January 26: Biblical Training

You will experience world-class teaching on the 7 C’s of History that will equip you to answer the questions your kids are asking.

What are the 7 C’s? Why is there so much suffering in the world? Was Noah’s ark real? How should these biblical events shape the way we view the world? This training day will equip you with the foundational knowledge you need to make a lasting impression on the kids attending your VBS.

Saturday, January 27: Hands-On VBS Training

This day is all about practical, hands-on training designed to empower you with the skills necessary to run a successful VBS. You’ll sample snacks, watch demonstrations of the crafts and science experiments, gain an overview of the Bible lesson time, enjoy a snippet of the daily drama, hear decorating tips and tricks, engage with The Great Jungle Journey kit and product line, and more. Experienced VBS leaders will share their expertise, offer invaluable tips, and guide you through the nitty-gritty details of planning, organizing, and executing a seamless VBS program.
