The bath-robed shepherds, an angel with a tinsel halo, and sweet little Mary with a balloon under her dress—does anything say “Christmas” more than a classic children’s Christmas play? While these plays often help children and families think on Christ during a busy, now very commercialized season, often they portray biblical and historical details inaccurately. So we’ve written a children’s Christmas play for you that is both historically and (more importantly) biblically accurate.
Long Foretold focuses on the journey of the wisemen to the young Christ, and it is both historically and biblically accurate.
Long Foretold: The Journey of the Magi is a Christmas play designed for churches and schools, focusing on the journey of the wisemen to the young Christ. You’ll discover answers to questions such as were these kings? How many were there? How did they know to look for the star? Were the wise men at the nativity? And most importantly, what was so special about this baby? To find the answers, we must look at what Scripture teaches . . . and we start in Genesis!
