Project: Darwin DVD

Purpose: AiG-U.K. is planning and filming a documentary biography of Charles Darwin. This project is being closely coordinated with John Mackay of Creation Research, who is producing a related DVD documentary. The two documentaries will therefore be like part 1 and part 2, as they will contain different material. Interest in the documentaries has been expressed by some of the Christian satellite TV channels which broadcast to the U.K.

Specifics: Please pray for both these projects. The AiG-U.K. filming has already begun with a great deal of film taken in Shrewsbury, Darwin's birthplace. Pray for organization and planning for the Darwin DVD and for filming at Down House and Westminster Abbey, both of which could be problematic.

Deadline: We want to get all filming done by the end of September to leave plenty of time for production.

Project: Audit

Purpose: Annual financial reporting of ministry activity

Specifics: Please pray that the audit will go smoothly this year.

Deadline: To be determined

Project: Multiple Projects

Purpose: To continue to provide accuracy and professionalism of new web articles and site features

Specifics: Please pray that God will grant us creativity and favor in producing excellent web content and new site features that He will use to reach many for Christ. Pray also for the hiring of a web programmer.

Deadline: Ongoing

Project: 2009 "Answers for Darwin" Conference Planning

Purpose: To plan and facilitate two high-quality, God-honoring events that will counter the events associated with celebrating Darwin's birthday and promoting evolution in a number of churches around the country

Specifics: Please pray for wisdom and discernment as the team finalizes the details of these two important conferences.

Deadline: Ongoing; conferences are scheduled for February of 2009.

Project: Increase Awareness in Memberships

Purpose: To best serve our guests

Specifics: Please pray that we best serve our guests by helping them as to how they can support the museum, enjoy all that it has to offer, and save money all at the same time through the purchase of a membership. Pray also that members evangelize & witness to others through use of guest cards to the museum and that the lives of our guests will be impacted and changed for the better as they come through the museum.
