This week we’ve been studying the seven C’s of history . . . and today we’re on the fourth C, confusion.

Now after the global flood—that’s the third “C,” catastrophe—Noah and his family were told to fill the earth. But they refused to obey and decided to stay together to build a tower. So God confused their languages, forcing them to spread out over the earth.

Now, this event helps explain our anthropology. As groups left Babel, they took with them unique combinations of genetic information. And soon, distinct people groups began to arise. Yet each group traces its ancestry back to Adam through Noah. That means we’re all one race.
