New book series—Evolution Exposed

This book helps teens to discern the chronic bias towards belief in evolution that permeates today’s three most popular high school biology textbooks. Virtually every chapter in each of the secular textbooks contains implied or explicit references to evolutionary beliefs, which are misrepresented as irrefutable facts.

Next Thursday in our weekly book series, we will begin to feature a book that was released last fall as an outreach to students in the public schools. Evolution Exposed was written as a “survival guide” for Christian students who enter into the humanist temples that are the government-run schools in America. Evolution is presented in classrooms across the country—and around the world—as the only “scientific theory” able to explain the variety of life seen on earth. This book exposes the false assumptions of the bankrupt theory of evolution and gives the glory back to God.

When the book was first made available last fall, it sold 25,000 copies in just a few weeks. With over 45,000 sold since last fall, this book is an invaluable tool in the hands of Christian students willing to stand up for their faith amid the evolutionary indoctrination of the public schools.

Evolution Exposed is intended to serve as a reference book for students, parents, and teachers who are interested in knowing where and how evolutionary content is being taught in the most common biology textbooks. Each chapter of the book covers its topic by explaining the concept from the perspectives of both an evolutionist and a biblical creationist. Every evolutionary concept covered is referenced by page number in three of the most commonly used biology textbooks (published by Holt, Glencoe, and Prentice Hall). Each of the evolutionary concepts is then refuted and web links are given for more in-depth study of the concept from a biblical perspective and using sound scientific principles. All of the referenced articles are summarized and indexed for quick access. Links to the articles are provided for those wishing to get the in-depth explanations and examples.

Along with the book, a new companion website, www.EvolutionExposed.com, offers direct links to the book’s reference articles, as well as other information about the book outreach project. The full text of the book will be published there, chapter by chapter, in the coming weeks, linked from the Answers in Genesis main site. Students can explore the EvolutionExposed.com site to learn about their rights in the public school classrooms and more about the author’s background as a former evolutionist who taught in the same public schools using these books being refuted.

The website will also offer updated articles that provide new ammunition in the battle over origins as our understanding of God’s creation continues to grow. Testimonies of how the book has impacted the lives of people around the country will be shared (we would love to hear from you in the feedback section, too).

A large portion of the books have gone out in cases through a special promotional price of just $3.99 per book for 30 books. Many have distributed these books to youth groups, after-school clubs, and directly to public school students in their communities.
