All this week we’ve seen that evolution is impossible. Now, sadly, many Christians start with man’s ideas about origins and try and fit them into the Bible. But here’s two massive problems with this:
One: This makes man, not God, the authority. Instead of starting with God and his perfect Word, man gets to determine truth, God’s Word gets reinterpreted. That’s dangerous!
And two: there’s no reason for it! Science confirms the Bible. There’s no known mechanism for evolution. But God creating creatures according to their kinds—with phenomenal variety within a kind—matches exactly what we observe in creation.
God’s Word—it’s true!
